As visitor data we collect on the website is non-identifiable, visitors do not have any specific rights to their individual visitor data. General access and production of visitor data is made by a public records request under R.C. 149.43.
Data that you submit to us directly through the site’s online forms are subject to Ohio’s public records law and cannot be erased or destroyed unless mandated or allowed under the Village of Oakwood’s retention schedule. Correction of personal data may be accomplished by amendment only, not destruction or alteration of the original record. Amendment may be accomplished by contacting the DPO. Access and production of one’s data (to the extent it is identifiable) is made by a public records request under R.C. 149.43.
