Short Biography

Carol Jackson

• Ms. Jackson started working for the Village of Oakwood in May of 2026 as the Clerk of Council.
• She previously worked as an Office Manager in Behavioral and Mental Health and prior to that she worked as Executive Assistant at both UH Seidman Cancer Center and at the Case Western Reserve Wolstein Research Building.
• Ms. Jackson’s professional memberships include the Ohio Municipal Clerks Association (OMCA), Northeast Ohio Municipal Clerks Association (NEOMCA) and the International Institute of Municipal Clerk (IIMC).
• She promises to provide efficient service to the Village to the best of her capabilities and to discharge the duties of her office to the best of her ability.
