Eloise Hardin

Councilwoman Hardin has served as Chairperson on the Volunteer Fire Committee, Tax Abatement & Economic Development Committee, Utilities & Environmental Committee, Tax Incentive Review Committee and the Finance & Grants Committee. She also serves as the Chairperson on the Youth Council Committee.

Mrs. Hardin’s civic involvement includes National League of Cities (NLC), Ohio Municipal League (OML), Women in Municipal Government (WIMG), and National Black Caucus of Local Elected Officials (NBC-LEO).

Mrs. Hardin is a graduate of John Adams, recipient of numerous Management Skills Certifications, and attended Cuyahoga Community College.

Mrs. Hardin retired from Ohio Bell, ATT, Lucent Inc. & SBC. She is an organizer of the Cape Cod Homeowners Association as well as an entrepreneur: Communications Training Gateway, communication.

Mrs. Hardin’s proud accomplishments include being a wife, mother and grandmother.
