Community Center Rental

$ 75.00 – Rental Fee (Large Room – Maximum capacity 150)
$150.00 – Cleaning Deposit (Refundable)
$ 11.97 - Security Officer Fee per hour

An Auxiliary Police Officer, Regular Police Officer or Village Inspection Employee must be present at all times, INCLUDING SET-UP. Payment for services for these employees must be paid in conjunction with the rental fee.

One Auxiliary Police Officer is required for events with less than 75 people.
Two Auxiliary Police Officers are required for events with more than 75 people.

All fees must be paid at time of reservation

Please have exact change, check or money order when making your reservation

The Community Center is available for residents only. Any falsification of residency will result in forfeiture of all fees. Three (3) forms of proof of residency must be presented at the time of reservation; (two (2) current utility bills and current driver’s license or state ID with a valid address).

Renter must be present during the entire event. If renter is not present during the entire event, the cleanup deposit will be forfeited. No exceptions.

No Teen Parties Permitted

Renter must be 21 years of age or older.

Absolutely NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES and NO RED PUNCH are permitted on the premises at any time. Use of red punch stains the tiled floor and would result in forfeiture of your deposit.

Tool Rental

To rent tools listed, you must come to Village Hall to pay deposit and sign rental agreement before tools will be released. You may download the tool rental application form and bring it to Village Hall with your deposit for processing (see link below).

Truck Rental

To request a truck, you must come to Village Hall to sign use agreement before truck will be scheduled.

  • Trucks are only available for use on Thursday and Friday afternoon.
  • Trucks dropped off at your home on Thursday afternoon will be picked up on Friday morning.
  • Trucks dropped off at your home on Friday afternoons will be picked up on Monday morning.

Truck Rental Guidelines

The purpose of the truck is for cleaning out garage / shed, disposal of drywall, boards, building material, couch, chairs, etc.

  • One truck usage per year
  • NO asbestos or asbestos containing waste materials
  • NO hazardous waste
  • NO waste oil or grease trap contents
  • NO televisions
  • NO sewage solids or liquids
  • NO liquid waste - including paint
  • NO infectious waste
  • NO concrete, dire, or blacktop (paving materials)
  • NO tree limbs OR tree stumps
  • NO yard debris of ANY kind
  • NO tires
  • DO NOT touch tailgate
  • DO NOT load above truck sideboard
