Join Karen Howse (black belt in Taw Kwon Do) for this one (1) hour cardiovascular workout designed to fire up your metabolism and help you to lose weight and inches, strengthen your core, improve your flexibility and endurance and help prevent osteoporosis. All fitness levels are accommodated.
