Councilwoman Rogers has served on several Council Committees including the Chairperson of Utilities and Environmental Committee, Tax Abatement & Economic Development Committee, Volunteer Fire Committee, Finance & Grants Committee, Tax Incentive Review Committee and Safety Committee.

Mrs. Rogers civic involvement includes National League of Cities (NLC), Ohio Municipal League (OML) and Northeast Ohio City Council Association (NOCCA).
